Are we so preoccupied with ourselves that we forget abt the people ard us? The fact that we are, is making us live very individualistically. We even forget to ask our closest friends a simply :"How's ur day been." Well even if we do the natural response would be a "It's ok." We have simply overlook the fact that we can count on each other that's why we are close friends ain't it?

Can i actually name a person other than my family members who wld be there for me in time of distress? The sad fact is: No. I can already imagine wat they wld say if i call them: "It's too late.", "I dun tink i can go out today", "I've got sch tmr" or "Do u have someone else to call". We are too busy with our own lives that we fail to connect, even as friends, emotionally. I'm not saying we have to be there for each other every single moment of our lives or talk on the phone every nite but the lest we should be doing is to enjoy a certain level understanding.

I know i'm not the only one in the world who feels this way. It's just that i've been doing alot of thinking and had to get this off my bloody chest.

You don't. They will when they really want to, if ever, and it will have nothing to do with anyone else, even if it's someone they really care about.
