All typical snakes have scales.
However there have been a few oddball snake mutants born scaleless. A recessive gene thing similar to being an albino.

Yes. All snakes exept Sea Snakes. They just have skin like an eel. But the differewnce between a Sea Snake and an eel is, eels can breath under water, THEY have gills and never have to come up for air. Sea Snakes (which dont have scales) must come up for air about every 30 minutes. Another interesting fact about Sea Snakes is, every single species is Poisonous. Anyway....... Yeah.

there are a few genetic birth defects that a snake can be born without scales in the herp hobbie they are called scaleless snakes

not trying to put you down but af course they all have scales (not including stuffed animal snakes or any other kind of statue models of snakes)
