Forget helpful - you have to be pushy and pro-active and help yourself. Look for performance in the finance pages of the national press and best interest rates. Difficult to better Alliance and Leicester

Not the Halifax, been with them for years and they charged me £28 for being overdrawn by £1.70 for four hours.
