If you want to get picky, the answer is no. Monotremes (Echidnas and Platypusses (Platyipii?) or more correctly Ornithorhynchus) only have a cloaca, just like reptiles and birds, although classed as mammals.

A fascinating group, they do appear to be a "missing link".

For example;
They lay eggs, but feed the young on milk, even though they do not have nipples.
They have three bones in the middle ear, a reptile has one.
The uterus (womb) is more like a bird's than a mammal's.
They have an interclavical bone in the shoulder, just like reptiles.
They have hair, which is a mammalian trait.
They are only semi-endothermic at best.

This is one example where classical taxonomy falls down. The monotremes aren't realy mammals, or reptiles, but a bit of both. They don't realy care, they just get on with life.
