Ryan Leaf
Andre Ware may not have been great but he wasn't exactly a bust, like Manning he was over-hyped. Ware was ok. Leaf wasn't even on the level of OK, and on top of that his attitude. Ki'Jana Carter wasn't a bust as much as a waste of a pick because he kept getting hurt. I mean it wasn't the lack of talent as well. T.O. is proably one of the best WR in the league right now. He is no bust, just someone you have to be able to control or be willing to take the cost. Remember he avg 100 yards per game that he played last year.

Brian Bosworth!!
I think it was Oklahoma, he was a linebacker I believe

The press had him a Hall of Fame sure think, the summer after college he was already making comercials. Had a custom haircut copied by kids all over America
The newpapers had him in every edition for a year,
Drafted #1 by Seahawks, didn't do nothin! I think he was cut after 2-3 seasons

Ha ha.....yeah, Ryan Leaf was the first person that came to mind. I could't believe it when my Cowboys signed him. He didn't last long though. Guy was terrible.

For people saying Brian Bosworth, he tore up his knee, and retired. I wouldn't call having a career-ending injury a bust. He would've been great if not for the injury.

Ryan Leaf. I lived there during the time and is a huge Charger fan. The team was hurt by that for years.
