You definatly don;t need a stanrard cold frame, you'll bake everything. You want a commerical opperation. This place can help, they ship all over including the middle east, they have done a lot of projects in the United Arab Emmirits.

Usually a low "cold-frame" will work.
Frame a "box" shape, supporting with 2x2's or 1x2's, depending on how long and high you want it. Remember, these are going to be lifted up for watering and harvested. Staple a quality grade visquene or contractor's plastic (at least 8-10 mil thick) over the top and sides of your frame. Voila! You have a cold-frame!
