Hi, Pardeepch84. I welcome your question. I believe you are 22 years old and hence this type of question is normal when everyone begins his or her occupational career in life. Being a senior citizen and a professional counsellor, I advise you first to develop a positive attitude. Don't get despair because of some successive failures. Every failure is the foundation stone and further it helps to raise a pillar of success. When you enter the interviewers' room, greet them politely with a smile to ease the tension. Understand the question that you are asked and try to answer as well as you can. If you don't know the answer, say so but never bluff them. Because you are possessing a degree in Mechanical Engineering doesn't mean that you are thorough at all subjects in the field. Perhaps you may be having overconfidence about your knowledge. No, I am not underestimating you but I sincerely advise you to update your learnings now and then. In addition to your field, try to know and remember the current events. Failing in interviews is not at all a permanent feature. Soon it will come to an end. Be brave and confident. Shortly you are going to succeed. Good luck!

Interviews are very stressful, not only for the job-seeker, but for the interviewer, too. I say a prayer before an interview to have the right words I need, and it works. Think before you speak, interviewers don't need alot of words, in fact, they are the ones who like to talk the most! Make sure all your comments are complimentary to that person's business. Sit and listen and only speak when spoken to or asked questions. Before the interview, check out the company you are going to so you can ask questions more about THEM than they are asking about YOU!
Good Luck!

You fail interviews because you can't write good English sentences.
