Climb?
No really, it hurts just as much for the guys as it does the girls, even more so because girls usually have that wonderful social network to fall back on whereas the boys perhaps don't so much.
Get your head stuck into a good book, sounds daft but it really is superb escapism. Write down a list of all the times she got on your whassnames or upset you and focus on them when you feel can't go on without her, unless of course you want her back and this is just a hiccup in an otherwise good relationship. Tell yourself that you can have a relationship with someone else in time, what did you do before she came along?
Above all be good to yourself and give yourself time to get over the pain.
Sending a big hug!

the best way to get over someone i think is to cut of all ties with that person. the more u see them, even for an "innocent" drink the harder it is to move on. u r still lingering and thinking about them. so dont phone her for at least a few months, if not a year or more!!

get on with your life. keep busy, do something you really enjoy. soemthing that makes you feel good about yourself. when i broke up with my ex. it took about a year to stop thinking about him every time i got down. he is a very good friend tho, so i phoned him n this was a mistake. u need time 2 get on your own feet, and be your own person without having to have another person to make u feel happy.

dont look at photos or read old letters. musnt linger or cling onto the past.

u will get over her. it takes time. u just have 2 go thru the motions of being on your own! its really not so bad. u will b fine!!

remember do things u enjoy, go travelling (thats a great one... get away and meet new pple), and have fun!!
good luck

No communication, don't spy on her, don't ask your friends about her, don't e-mail her........nothing. Take a look at your own behavior and make some positive changes, get involved in new activitites and make a commitment to yourself to do so. Eventually, it will all fade away......but you have to want to! And, you don't get over a girl by hooking up with someone else so soon since all you will do is repeat the pattern.

Take your mind off the girl by taking up a hobby or going out with friends. Building up your confidence is important too. So when you approach a new girl you feel less hurt.

Meet a new one. There is no use in moping. Just get out there, and find the girl of your dreams or just have fun. Its up to you now, the future is yours!

cry it out. I know that big boys don't cry but do it and you'll feel better. Also go out and meet new people, don't get involved cuddly in a group and njoy
