penis is made up of hollow muscle. When one get excited then due to hormone flow of blood increased within the hollow part of muscle resulting enlargement of penis.

you get what you get in this life. if you are bald you will never grow hair and a penis stays pretty much the same EXCEPT if you have a really powerful erection. I suppose it is possible that if you have enough of them (A lady who really turns you on!!!!!) you may gradually increase the size by work alone. of course you can always find a book on how to please a lady and then she won't notice the size of your equipment.

It varies. On grown men it's about 5-7 inches average, long, when "hard".
If you're too young to have be married and have sex then you shouldn't be caring about this at all.
