The vast majority of football supporters are thick,ugly and smelly. I love football but hate football supporters.

I dispute your preposition, if, as I suppose, you are suggesting that all the many people who actively support the football team Liverpool including Samuel L Jackson and Chris de Burgh are not in the top percentile for academic achievement or intellectual capacity.
Equally, if your allegation refers to girth measurement I am unable to see the correlation and find your assumptions unfounded and grossly inaccurate.
