If he's ready, he will let you know. As far as making it the best, once the time does come, understand that he probly won't know what to do, or how to do things. Teach him in a subtle way, and keep him relaxed and worry free. Whatever you do, don't fake anything, or he will think whatever he is doing bad really feels good. I remember reading a cosmopolitan saying that afterwards, like the next day, bring up any concerns about performance in a nice way. Just keep communication open. I know it's akward, but it is important.

Don't tell him anything. Let it be spontaneous. Let your actions do the talking. Seduce him with your eyes and hands, lips and tongue.....................etc. He'll get the idea. Also ask yourself why he is a virgin. Is he saving himself for marriage? If not then just go for it. Once you start he should just follow right into place. Guys don't like to have these things choreographed. Just let it flow and it will be great for him. What ever you do, when he finishes way too soon (and he probably will) don't make a big deal about it, just give him time to recoup and let it start all over again. Neither one of you will be sorry. You talk about sex as a topic, not when you're being all close. See how he feels about it. If it's something he thinks he's ready for. If he is, take it really slow, give him lots of encouragement. Show him how to touch you. If he's not ready, you have to respect his decision.
