I want to know about the contractual labour in India. Is it in practice legally? Like many firms ask for bonds.

see no one can force no one in democratic country. certain companies do make such agreement with employees, but actually they are not need to be concerned largely. do have a lawyer opinion to your doubt if wanna talk very legally to matter.

yes man.. that's why there are no longer an permanent employees in any of the private companies
