i've heard that there are plenty of people who committed suicide after hearing the hungarian song gloomy sunday... why? what's in the song that made them kill themselves?

I think it it's not because of a song, but because they were already depressed and suicidal, and the song only reminded them of their sadness.
Person who feels OK wouldn't commit suicide just because they heard the song,
I heard only one version of Gloomy Sunday, and it is a sad, really sad song

Music doesnt make people commit suicide.

Suicide goes deeper than just aural. It is mental. Depression is sometimes cause by a lack of seratonin manufactured by the brain. Which is why Doctors prescribe Anti Depressants.
These pills manufacture chemicals in the brain that reestablish connections.
Paranoia is one of the first signs of being delusional, then comes depression which if not addressed can lead to suicide.

If Music made people commit suicide, then Jessica SImpson would be in prison right now. ;)
