We know the earth's dia to be around 8000 miles and I want to know the deepest point we have reached so far.

that's about 7.6 miles.

Not much. Less than the depth of the deepest ocean, which is 5 miles deep or so...or, based on 4000 mi diameter, about 1/200 th of the distance.

Comparible distance - If you took a full stack of typing paper, with 800 sheets, and took away 1 sheet, Just ONE SHEET....would anyone notice?

according to a few sources on the internet about the deepest mane made excavation is only a mile deep or so, I always thought it was deeper than that but that is still pretty deep for man made

Around 13,000 m, if you meant "drilled"...
If you meant "screwed", we have done it pretty well, on every inch of its surface as well as in its atmosphere as well as in outer space. We are a pretty dirty lot...
