Gif animated images don't appear in firefox or internet explorer for me.?

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I've also checked my internet options and "play animations" is checked accordingly. i have 3 firewalls, syngate Zone Alarm Kaspersky and Nod32!

did you try restarting you computer?
you may have a virus
