Your question is about hate. Hate is a mental disease or imbalance. Hate comes from the fearful, ignorant savage animal in us. There are fearful, ignorant people in every nation of the world who fall apart and slip back into savage animal behaviors whenever there is trouble. But, not everyone is like that. Most people in every nation of the world are being brave and intelligent and humane.

If Internet posts, newspapers or publications are any indication of the opinion of America then they Hate America and are only subliminally aware of other countries that they're currently at war with, about to start a war with or claim that they're going to war against our Zionist allies (Admittedly most American's don't know what a Zionist is or really care.). I hate to dissapoint Latin America, China/Russia, Eastern and Wester Europe but we don't even know you, why would we bother hating you? We have day jobs, we're looking for the next one night stand. We don't have enough time to talk about you, there's a new Season of 24 comming out that we need to speculate on.
As for how universally dispised we are, why are we reciving more emigrants from these countries that hate us than we can accept? Why are we doing business with every civilized country on the planet? Even North Korea buys our gas-guzzling cars. If thats how you hate us.. knock yourselves out.

Both are absolutely correct. Our government does hate other nations. It is run by the far right and far left mind you. 75% of Americana's are Centrist. The great division amongst us is without merit. It has been created by the far right and left wing extremes so they can retain their stranglehold on power. When we vote the choices are few. Far right or far left. The crack in our system is being exploited and cleverly so. It is more important than ever that we vote for third and fourth parties in this election. This will give the majority of Americans a powerful voice when it comes to bills coming even within earshot of a tie in the house and or Senate. Eventually we may have a Moderate in the White House. Do not agree. Some countries disagree with US policies. This can not be construed as hatred. We can use the word hatred with respect to Iran. Here again we must learn to distinguish between Government and its people. Some young Iranians like American ways and love American movies,music ,Pizza and what have you.
