im a 5'6 teenage person and ppl consider that short which i tend to agree

It most certainly can. I have a friend with a heart problem who is abnormally "lanky". It would depend on the heart problem though.

Depends on how tall your other family members are-you may be normal height for your family. Certainly health conditions can affect growth; if you are smaller than the rest of your family at that age you may need your parents to take you to an endocrinologist, though I am sorry to say it may be too late to take any growth hormones, depends on where you are in puberty
