There is no proven way to manipulate your menstrual cycle without the use of a "hormonal method" of birth control.
Cold water slows it some though. Hot does the opposite.
Extra fibers in foods or additional fiber drinks can be over used and mess up your bowels. If you are a heavy flow, use of a tampon and pad may be used, especially when sitting for long periods of time. Change often as you can. Take wet tissues with you, they are cool too.

are you on the birth control pilll? that is suppose to slow down the flow of your period ,even if your dr gave you the pill you cant start it now if you already have your period. when the last day of your period is over the dr will start you on day 1 of your pill other than that there realy isnt anything else you can do except wear tampons and check them every couple hours to make sure you dont leak, if your planning on having sex there is nothing you can do if you happen to come across a light day go for it but your flow will become much heavier when the sex is ovetr

I even have heard that going off delivery administration pills could make you notice. i'd say it is extra possibly to discover from that then transforming into pregnant the day you stopped taking the pill. notwithstanding, i'm no longer an expert. My different concept is that implantation bleeding many times occurs slightly extra out then 3 days after intercourse i've got confidence.. i've got confidence I even have heard implantation bleeding can happen 5 days after? properly, i assume you will purely would desire to attend and spot how this comes out. attempt to notpersistent your self too loopy in the 2WW! stable luck!

There's no way you can stop your periods. Try using tampons and pads. They'll help. Or try talking to your mum about it.

Well if your on the pill try skipping those inactive one's that bring on your period.
Stick to only the active pills in the pack.
