My g/f recently had to wipe and re-format her hard drive. Prior to this she had purchased the two Mystery Case Files games from Yahoo.....Huntsville and Prime Suspects. At the time of purchase she was told that in the event of losing the games (such as by wiping the hard drive, etc.) she would be able to re-install them at no cost since she has already purchased them. By what method does she need to contact Yahoo and what steps does she need to take to re-install these games onto her computer? All responses appreciated!
