Your question is incomplete. It would depend upon where is your project located. In UK / US etc. the price would be high while in other countries it may be lower.

It will purely depend upon the cost of land, kind of technology being used, cost of equipment, labour cost and over head costs.

The cost of a wash can vary widely, depending upon so many factors, including competition with in the same area with other car wash companies, as well as with people who wash the car manually.

And if you do your market research (home work) well, you would not need to ask it on the net.
