What is Bt Broadband up to giving scripted answers to a problem of their own making?

Have you noticed your computer using Bt Broadband going down in the middle of a search and being given a rubbish script by the help line that the problem is your browser or a filter and even your firewall or even an extension phone?

I haven't experienced this and have been on BT for 18 months

I`ve been using BTYAHOO for a long time and I`ve never witnessed that.
It`s new to me :-)
