Slowly slide a sheet of thin persex (1mm or thinner) under its foot so that you can move it to where ever you want to place it. But if it has moved here it must be for a reason. Is it near the outflow from your filter or is it trying to get nearer the light source.
Try and analyse why it moved before moving it back, anenomes move for the best condition or food source and they do not eat mould but capture plankton or small animals in their tentacles.

Why do you want to remove it from a prime food source? The mold growth is good to eat! and, it is so natural for the anemone to attach to a good surface!

Unless you give it a glass bottle to cling to, on the floor of the tank?

I wouldn't try this if I were you! Anemones tend to die once they lose their suction from the spot they have rooted themselves to.It's probably trying to get to a healthier light source.I would just let it be.It will eventually go to a spot where it can thrive the best.
