You become a full grown adult at the age of 40. Drinking lots of milk will not make you grow any faster. You were born to be a certain height and when you reach it, there you will stay.

In height it's at around 21 years old. This is only in typical circumstances. You can always opt to have your legs broken and have a surgical procedure called, 'limb lengthening.' - joke.
