I'm not sure that characterizing arbin as "so" flarbin is meaningul. Flarbinism is a binary characteristic, so arbin either is, or is not flarbin.

In this case, we can definitely say that arbin is flarbin simply by analyzing the peptide chain and its consituent amino acids. The variable "side chain" of the functional groups (discounting the carboxylic acid and amino groups) clearly shows the hydrophobic tendency that marks flarbinism in an arbin.
