To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You may have to start consult with your dr. You may check whether you have any infertility problem from both sides (u and your husband). I have tried ttc for 3years now and been through a lot. I have also start seeing dr and went to fertlity centre after 2 yrs of no success. Some people may seems difficult to conceive naturally. However, the cheapest way is try to predict your ovulation and fertile time either by using a basal temperature or other new tech gadget like maybe baby mini microscope. they are available at your local pharmacies. Clear instructions included. Good luck.

1. Find a partner.

2. Dispense with birth control. If you've been taking the pill, most doctors advise you to wait at least three months before trying for a baby.

3. Have unprotected sex around the time you ovulate (which, for most women, is roughly in the middle of the cycle, or about 14 days before you expect your next period).

4. Repeat as needed.

5. Continue to repeat as needed

If you haven't already - go and see a doctor who may refer you to a gyno. My husband and I were trying to conceive for 2 years with no luck, I went to a gyno he said perhaps my Pituitary Gland was lazy. He gave me a prescription for Clomophine which we took twice but to no avail. My husband and I chatted as i thought I may be infertile and what were our options. We thought we would leave it for another 6 months and see if anything happened. without thinking of it or trying too hard or anything 4 months later we conceived!! We are now 11 weeks! When the time is right for you and your husband nature will take control! Please be patient and do not be disheartened if your period turns up each month. As I mentioned when the time is right it may happen to you!! Good Luck!!

If you know that you are ovulating or are not ovulating and have been trying for 2 years, it is time to make an appointment with an infertility specialist. They will rule out hormonal imbalances, irregular ovulation, low sperm count, blocked tubes, etc. and help you get pregnant. Good luck!
