Im a working adult and I dont hv much time to exercise. Im tall, and thin yet my tummy jutts out a little. I wanna get rid off that. So any advice in shaping it flat.

The only way is excersise. It doesn't take much if ur skinny. Probably in a month time u should loose it if u do the proper excersise.

try drinking honey with 2 or 3 drops of lime early in the morning as soon as you get up.

well manage your time get up early,make a 30mins exercise try knee bent push up and alternate with walking or jogging....diet is important.....if u have budget try tummy tacked ask surgeons!!!
