talk to them everyday. Say hi, be polite and if you have meetings with them, try to involve them in the conversation.
I also agree that taking them out to lunch is a great idea.

Building better relationship with officemates is very essential. U can adopt the following practices:
1.Keep Smiling
2.Always be helpful to them
3.Keep sharing friendship mails
4.Talk about their interest and show ur interest in them

all while i do have the same question as you. until now i still cannot figure out the way. I am someone that very silent and have less topic.well it depends on what type of people i meet.
Probably if you want to be with them,you need to be someone's else.but it does not make a way as it is not your trueself. just think whether you able to get along with them. Good Luck
