I'm always depressed, I hate my life, my friends stab my back..Im so tired. I just need to know how to get out from my dpressed ways.

The first step is to decide to be a happier person. Life is wonderful! Enjoy it and live your life to the fullest. If your friends stab you in the back, then they are not really your friends. Go find new ones, do not stick with the back stabbers. I hope that you can enjoy your life and try not to be depressed.

see a counselor. There are many ways to rebound from this. You have to find out why your friends stab you in the back. There MUST be some underlying reason! Do you have any qualities about you that may seem anti-social, or anti-friendly? Do you do bad things to people? Do you talk bad about people behind their back? That type of thing? You can rebound from this, but you need to open up.

First of all, don't worry about what other people think. Next, figure out something to involve yourself with, and then get REALLY INVOLVED! Grow some house plants, get an aquarium, start a garden, take up a craft of some sort, and get totally into it. Remember, the whole point in this type of hobby is to PLEASE YOURSELF! Maybe even find a local club, or at least an on-line forum, to share your interest with. But - get interested in something - ANYTHING! And do it FOR FUN!

Learn to have fun.

And one more thing ... the secret to happiness isn't having what you want, it's wanting what you have.

screw your friends, alot of people stab other people in the back on a daily bases, don't get down about it, get used to it. deal with it, deal with life and always remember to relax at the end of the day.

Sounds like textbook depression, go see your family Doctor and tell them whats going on..thoughts and feelings. There are many meds out there to help with Depression. See link for more info

Do happy things, find real friends, change your activities (volunteer, get a job doing something you like).

Read to distract you, and fantasize about that man or place you wnat to be.

Lots of things available, just grab one.

think postive instead of negative
i've been back-stab too & disapointed of their behaviour
there many people out there would like to be ur friend

to be a happier person, you must learn to let go of things....you must willing to forgive and forget...you must be willing to smile when it rains down on you and you must always look at the positive side of things.... you must not compete with others and must not be greedy in search of worldly materials and wealth.... if you are able to do all those, you will be a happier person....in fact if you are able to do half of it, you will too be a happier person than what you are now !!

Find out seriously what YOU enjoy and persue it .
pamper your self with good food , music,long drives.Masterbate if you are not getting enough sex.
Think enjoying that particular day , rest will take care of themselves.
