I recommend using Camtasia to record anything on-screen and save to AVI WMV MOV. http://www.camtasia.com
You're using Limewire -- find a pro version there; but that's piracy.

there's a plug-in called VideoDownloader for the Mozilla Firefox web browser. both are free to download and use.

i do it gheto. there is a 3rd party plugin for firefox that i have and it downloads it but its a flash format so then u have to convert it. check out the firefox website
