Ok so there's this sexy lady that i indirectly work with, she's sexy as hell, rides a bike, just sexy. The catch is we're military. I dont know how to approach her, my gaydar goes off, and other people says that she is, there's no way for me to just ask her, i'm not even sure what to talk about, i cant say "oh you like bikes" I need some help. I'l really attracted to her.

Definitely talk to her about her bike. You really can say "Oh, you like bikes." I mean, she DOES like bikes, it's part of who she is, she's waiting for someone to talk to her about her bike, that's why she's got one!
Talk to her about stuff you have in common, ask her questions, where she's from, what she's into. Most people LOVE it when you ask them questions, they like to talk.
If you're shy, all you need are a few questions, she would probably love to tell you all about bike parts, and bike stuff, and where to bike. Tell her you've been thinking about getting one, but you don't know where to start. Let her teach you, be an eager pupil.
This is how you flirt with someone, ask them questions about themselves, listen attentively, and make lots of eye contact. Look into her eyes just a little longer than you should, smile a lot, and be confident. She will probably think you're pretty sexy yourself!

wow, damn the don't ask don't tell that's a hard one especially if your full time military and live on base. The only thing I could think of was maybe if you see her off base or in a more relaxed setting. Or...send some body language and eyes her way. A lot can be discussed without talking. Good luck! I used to be in the Air Force and honestly I got approached all the time, just go up to her and talk about her bike and whatever else she likes, that'll break the ice and then there you go....let me know what happens

You could always start with, "Hi, how are you today? I noticed your bike and I really like it.".........just talk. She'll love the attention and if she's a true stud she'll take it from there.

start by asking to hang out with her. when you two are comfortable enough, i'm pretty sure you'll a) know for sure and b) feel safe enough to discuss this with her.
