Okay, I will answer this question in the spirit it was intended and not list voice over actors or people who made radio shows because most of my favourites come from those categories! ;)
My favourite actress is Judy Garland. She had an amazing voice and really found her niche playing "the girl next door" type (like in The Wizard of Oz and Meet Me in St. Louis).
My favourite actor is actually a new one for me: Kevin Spacey. I always liked Kevin Spacey, dug him as Lex in the new Superman but then I saw The Usual Suspects. My opinion went from "yeah, he's cool" to "this man is effing AMAZING". He pulled off Verbal so well, I couldn't keep my eyes off him. So now I'm on a Kevin Spacey kick. :)

my favorite actress is Natalie Portman...she's very talented and she's just amazingly beautiful. She just has this aura of innocense surrounding her which is extremely attractive to lots of guys. As far as actors, I'm gonna hafta go with Tom Cruise. I love pretty much all his movie's and I think he's a damn good actor.
