Yeah it was one of those movies I didn't want to like, but couldn't help it! Genuinely creepy ending.

Yes, and this movie is one of a dying breed. Horror films in our age have become very un-horror like. Dark Castle entertainment has gone back to the roots of scary movies and begun remakes of a few of our campy 50's and 60's classics. Ghost Ship is one such movie. And I must say, this movie, as well as House on Haunted Hill (remake) were two VERY good scary movies. Without the gore they both would have been even better, as most of what a real horror film can do is drive your imagination to the brink. Nothing scares you more then what's in your own head.

Yes, the cord thing cutting up the people in the beginning was cool, the ending was lame. Didn't like it too much, there are much better horror movies.

Yep, although I rented it and never saw it in the theatre. I didn't think it was going to be any good, but I liked it a lot. That demon dude was totally wicked, but all in all it could've been much scarier.

i mean the plot was subpar but it did scare the bejesus outta me...maybe because i have a fear of boats, esp big ones that are deep beneath ocean buried in the sand...with ghost running around and ****. yeah creepy.

yes, terrible. it's the same exact plot as an older movie called Deep Impact but with a boat instead of a spaceship.

Yeah, it is played alot late at night now. Thought it was entertaining and had some really cool scenes.

I have the movie,some scenes were a little graphic but the movie was okay.
