no. try hardware like DSL or cable modem!

There is a new hardware that lets you connect your pc from regular programming. It is called slingbox. Check it out perhaps that is what you are looking for.

You need a hardware,i mean TV card.If you connect it to an antena you can have a good accessibility to many channels.(the quality is up to either your antena and your tv card.)
