I have an irregular period to begin with and I have endometriosis. My nipples have been sore and my lower back hurts. I took a home pregnancy test but it showed up negative. I have been having heartburn and craving meatloaf. I have been trying to get pregnant for a little while now. My lower right side has been hurting when I use the bathroom. Does anyone have any answers?

I do know who the father will be and I am planning on getting married. This isn't a baby daddy story. Plus I do have a good job and I graduated from high school!

Go check up with your doctor. He/She will have a test to let you know for sure! I wouldn't trust those over-the-counter pregnancy tests because they are likely to be wrong. Trust me. My aunt experience the same problem with those over-the-counter pregnancy test.

Most clinics and doctors office use the same urine pregnancy tests that you buy at the store. Keep in mind however that urine tests work by picking up on a hormone your body produces when you're pregnant, however the hormone isn't detectable for at least 14 days after fertilization. So it may be too soon.

You can have a blood test done, but that's a pretty rare procedure and generally done for reasons other than confirmation of pregnancy. Ultimately, the urine test will eventually show positive if you are pregnant. I would suggest picking up more tests and take one a week for the next 4 weeks and go from there.

Get a mirror and see if you can see a baby. Did you try using a man to help get pregnant, or did you just start craving Meatloaf? I would recommend a good dose of "Bat out of hell", and "You took the words right out of my mouth". The lower right side, sounds like a bowel problem, or appenicitis. Heartburn is probably from eating acidic food. Try massaging the nipples they should return to normal soon, and buy a posturepedic bed for the bad back.

It can be anything...

Everyone's right when they tell you to see a doctor to be certain. Maybe you're pregnant, maybe not. If you're not, there's likely something wrong with your urinary tract.

I had the same problem as yours - the pain, serious case of bach ache, dark yellow urine, severe itchiness and feeling the bladder still full even right after urinating..

I was given some medication and an auntie taught me to boil Chinese barley with slices of winter melon and rock sugar (to sweeten). I drank the juice everyday. After a few days it was gone.

I was told by my doctor, if left untreated, it may lead to gall bladder (stone) and then it'll be more difficult to treat.

So, the doctor's the best person to see in this case. Good luck... I hope it's not what I was ranting about, coz I'm sure you'll be the happiest person on earth to find you're pregnant.

The Endometrosis is causing most of your soreness and pain problems. Irregular periods can make it difficult to assume that you're pregnant because you're late. Take more home pregnancy tests later, or see a doctor.

Your best best is to make an appointment with your doctor. Oh, and eat the meatloaf and make sure you take some Pepcid for the heartburn.

Sometimes it might be to soon for the pregnancy test to work. So either wait and take another one or go to the gynecologist and they can tell right away if you are pregnant.

A Home pregnancy test might not be the most accurate.
