I have bats also. They come out of a small crack at the top of my home. To high for me to get to. I thought they did not like light. Wrong they seemed to be more attracted to the light. I do not know how to get rid of them but have kept them out of the inside of the home by sealing every little crack I could find with caulk and I try not to go outside after sunset(crazy I know) but I call that the bat time. There are people who you can hire I guess. Not sure of the cost. Is something I plan on looking into in the future. Good luck

Chances are you have an opening somewhere in an attic or something that is giving them a way in, I would suggest looking for the opening and screen it so they cant get in. If you have a fireplace that is a possible way in, Windows in an attic...just look around and see what ya find.
Good Luck

My grandparents had the same problem. They just placed a plastic owl on the top of the house on each pointy end of the roof. It worked for them, might work for you. Worth a shot. ^_^
