That the International Court of Justice will rule in favor of Singapore over Malaysia regarding the island's jurisdiction.

This particular Brits View ARE, its a useless lump of rock, less than 0.03 square kilometers in size and only good for putting a lighthouse on, or for use as a shipwrecking device. The International Court will give it's ruling in 2007, why don't we all wait for that?
