I worked in an Italian restaurant and I KNEW EXACTLY how dirty it was, but damn they had good for.
Sadly I lost my job when the health department permanently closed them down (seriously)

Any of the festival food stands that set up during the summer festival here. Elephant ears, funnel cakes, etc. They always look dirty.

I know too many of them BUT The thing that makes dirty resturants different than others is that they usually don't have any name, and the food is always wonderfull.

It would have to be the kebab shop.... but jezzz they make a good kebab at 3am in the morning.... I have no idea how they keep the garlic sauce fresh....
Maybe it was the alcohol that made it taste so good....
