I had one as a kid. My mother used a banana peel poultice (ie she put a little bit of peel under a sticking plaster) and it got rid of it in a few days. Change the plaster everyday, with new peel.

Jumping jacks are good because it raises your heart rate. Cardio is the key to burning fat. You can get effective cardio by briskly walking (remember Jarod from Subway?) and running. It takes no equipment, just motivation. If you have a dog, take him walking for a little company. If you don't, then this would be a good time to start a neighborhood dogwalking business! Create a flyer and deliver them throughout the neighborhood. Go to the local grocery store and place them on the windshields of cars, securely because you don't want them to fly away and litter Write something catches such as "Responsible Teenager Looking to get Myself and Your Dog into Shape for the New Year!". Have different schedules and adopt a pay scale. Maybe $2.50 for 30 minutes. That way they'll probably pay you the entire $3.00. But be prepared to give change. You'll probably end up with 3-4 dogs at one time, so keep track of who you picked up at what time, and what time they need dropping off. By the end of the evening you would've walked for about 1 1/2 hrs. Do this 3-4 times a week and you'll notice a difference in your jeans and your wallet. Opposite days do sit-ups (knees bent). Sit ups is when you come all the way up. Crunches is basically when you just get you shoulders about 6 inches off the floor. Go online to get variations for upper, lower and obliques. There are no quick fixes and it's a lifelong process, so don't be discouraged. You'll have to burn the layers of fat off before you see your adominals. But you have the right thing in mind by taking the initiative and getting started. Next semester (or year) join an extra-curriculum sport to encourage a lifelong love, appreciation & benefit of physical fitness. Good luck!

Plantar warts (verrucæ pedis; VP - also commonly referred to as a verruca) are warts caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). They are small lesions that appear on the sole of the foot (hence the name, from Latin planta pedis, the sole of the foot) and are typically "cauliflower-esque" in appearance.
You can also try healing it at home by putting a piece of the natural aloe plant on the infected area.
