Bleeding of any sort is a concern during pregnancy, although you could still be spotting instead of having full blown periods each month, which happens to some women. Talk to you Doctor!

That can be very normal, but, you definetly should tell your doctor anyway so that they're aware of it. Sometimes it means that you're pushing yourself too hard and you need to slow down a bit; not work too hard.
The same thing happened with me in my first pregnancy. But I liked to walk and I worked a full-time Property Management job and so the cramping and bleeding got a little worse after time. My doc finally said that the placenta was trying to seperate from my uterus so he said, "quit the job and stop walking". That really sucked. But I'd do anything to save my baby, so I did that.
I noticed that the easier I took it the better my body reacted and the better the pregnancy went. Sometimes the body has quite an adjustment to make when it's first pregnant and so until it's more settled and strong and safe then it's okay to go about doing "your thing", which I did, and I delivered a perfectly healthy and beautiful baby.
Good luck!
DON'T stress about it. Could make it worse.
Just call your OB in the morning and ask what to do.

Yes it's normal. The bleeding is known as implntation bleeding, when the egg implants itself in the uterine wall. The cramping is just your body adjusting to the pregnancy and the uterus stretching.

It doesn't sound too severe, but try taking it a little easier just to be on the safe side. More time off your feet, more warm baths, that kind of thing. Next doctor's visit, be sure to discuss it with him/her. If the pain sharpens or the bleeding becomes heavy, get to an ER right away.
