i have 2 children i clean up after about twice a day with no back pain.All of a sudden for the last 2 weeks evry time i clean up i get back pain i thought it was something serious but as soon as i sit down and relax it goes right away.when is the earliest i can take an pregnancy test,without waiting for a missed period first.

well. you might have strained you back cleaning which is very possible. If the pain persists, go see a doctor. If you want to take a test, the soonest i belive is 5 days before your period is supposed to start. even if it reads negative, and you still think you might be preggers go see your doctor!

You might be pregnant. But the best way to know is by using preg test. Some preg test kit may read your hormon as early as one day after you conceived. However depend on your hormon level. You just waste your money if it only show false reading. Its really worth a wait until u missed your period, rather than waste your money. Good luck

There are pregnancy tests out there that you can use 3-4 days before your expected period.

It could be a cyst. You might need to go for a scan. If it is accompanied by feeling of tiredness, breathlessness, high BP etc., go for a test. I think you can do the urine test any time and by yourself though I'm not sure. Good luck!
