they take a scapel and slice back the foreskin to expose the slit where you urinate and ejaculate. the cut skin heals around the penis it takes about a week and a bandaid is coving the incision and you have to keep it clean like you would an uncircumsied penis

A circumcised penis is one without the foreskin covering the head (glans) because it has been removed. For most circumcision is done in infancy, though in uncommon cases it's done when older for a variety of reasons.

Despite the common myths, being circumcised is not significantly advantageous over being uncircumcised. An uncircumcised penis is just as easy to keep clean, just have to take an extra second to pull back the foreskin to clean underneathe as you would any other part of the body. It's not signicantly more prone to infections/STDs either, as that depends more on the owner's sexual behaviors.

That said, there are rare cases where circumcision will absolutely need to be done, but never on an infant. Often it's too much of a vanity issue.

A circumcized penis is one that has had the foreskin trimmed off of the head. This usually happens when you are an infant.
