Why do none of our spinless leaders have the balls to confront the warhawks Bush Rumsefeld and Cheney to tell them that their flawed Foreign Policy is not working. The Continual bombardment and massacres and invasions are making our world a lot more dangerous not safer. We all know this, yet our cowardly leaders are too spineless to challenge them. Only the Arms Industry and the Warhawk's banks accounts are profiting.

Since Bush and his warhawk buddies came to power100,000 civilians, and over 2,000 troops have died in Iraq. 50 are dying each day. Over 1,000 have died in Lebanon and their infrastructure destroyed. More die each day in Afghanistan. Th warhawks thirst for blood seem endless and it is taking us down a dangerous path, making our world a lot more dangerous not safer, and costing us $425Billion each year. How much better a country we would f even half of that figure was invested here on health, education and jobs.

Aubry what a sad place our country would be if the rational intelligent emigratedit was populated by ignorant racist red necks like yourself and the warkwaks you so obviously support. People like you are the problem and should keep taking the meds shut up or ship out.

Katrina you obviously have not through my question. I refer to them as spineless purely because none of them have the balls to challenge this administration's disasterous foreign policy which is making our country more not less of a target and spening $425 Billion annualy of our taxes to do so.

You obviously didn't hear Billary slam Rummy in the hearings last week. I don't know how you missed Dean and his recent rants as well.

Maybe you need the word "effectively" in front of "confront". In that case you need people other than Billary, Dean, Kerry. You need people that aren't so far left.

With your term warhawks, I supposed you mean "warfreaks", right?

A straightforward answer to your question would be.. in general, the proponents of this what you called "flawed" Foreign Policy, will tend to overstate its benefits and understate its costs, while the should be opponents will tend to do the opposite. Of course, the Rashomon effect is in full play with each side giving inconsistent accounts of the same data and events to justify its position. Still, from the standpoint of these "warhawks", there is ample ammunition for them to justify their own position and attack the stance of their adversaries.

If, by taking all these considerations together, one can make as strong a case, how do these "spineless leaders" decide their stance? You don't call them spineless and cowardly if they do have the balls to stand up to the "warhawks", right? So what do you really expect??

I ask myself, why are not all Americans confronting the peace-nicks, these spineless people that can't stand up and fight for their country, to support our Government leaders on protecting our boarders from radical Muslims that attack and kill innocent people here on our soil.

Why are these people willing so hard to give up the freedoms for a some kind of peace. Just remember my friend, a HOLY WAR has been announced upon the USA from a Holy Leader of the Muslim Faith. He said and I quote, "The only way to stop this war is for you, the Infidels are all dead or you convert to Muslim."

Where does it say we can stop protecting ourselves and we have to now give up our freedoms and convert to the Islamic faith or die.

If that is not a good reason to fight for your self, family and country and support the leaders with the responsibility to protect our boarders then, you are a sad individual if you are American. I hope you can go to the Arab country some day and spend just two weeks there. Living with them. Try to understand them. Really get to know their mind set. It will not take you two weeks but i think then you can understand.

If you are an infidel and they kill you or die trying they will go to Paradise and be rewarded. So peace my brother... Muslim.

Why don't you move to someplace that lives by your standards, say France? Ooops they're rioting in the streets there. Unemployment and health care concerns. Germany? Sorry unemployment is out of sight there too. Switzerland? Probably not since military service is required there of all males, you couldn't go there now could you? Russia? Sorry forgot they're fighting terrorist's too, just different ones. Japan? Nope they are thinking about blowing North Korea away, China? Nope can't go there, they might put you in prison for years for talking about the Government. Heard that Greenland is pretty cool. you might like it there.
How about we keep bombing the crap out of the countries that support and sponsor terrorist's and you try finding a job and earning your own money?

WHat would you do? In any case, it's impossible to do anything against them.

If you try do what the minority faction of muslim bombers do then you are causing violence to others which is really irrational. If you do nothing, you will still cause violence to others because they will pay due to your negligence to humanity.

THe appropriate question would be "why are the other leaders holding back?" IT could be due to poor economics or etc.
