there's several answers for that. if you are gaming online and there is delay try a different server. if you are on a wireless network the only cure for that is get wired. if you are wired and have tried different servers time to upgrade the graphics card. the more money the smoother the gameplay. i spent 500$ on my card.

on the main menu for the game select the option for the graphic's settings - turn down some of these settings - see if this helps
also try this
right click somewhere on the desk top - then properties > then settings > then advanced > then troubleshoot
turn the hardware acceleration down - see if this helps

what type of game are you playing?
