limewire is filled with spyware, my advice is to copy the music u want to a folder on your computer and download ares, which has no spyware..i think its www.aresgalaxy.org

I assume you're using the free version of LimeWire.
The free version gives limited results. Namely, when you time something in, you'll get the most popular and the most recent results. Those which don't get downloaded a lot & are older are available to those with a paid subscription.
The problem? Most of the most popular/newer ones are just junk from spammers. These will either not work, be of poor quality, or worst yet, not actually be what it said it was. Many people see these results, download them, and then find out it's not what they wanted.
Thus most free users have the problem you stated above.

It could be that what you're looking for is rare.
Also I heard that because just about everyone unknowingly breaks copyrightlaws Limewire is
trying to make it so that you cannot download the copyrighted songs which are just about most songs.

Which and what version of limewire you using now?.I think you may be using an older version, if that, install a new version of limewire, you would get better results.

limewire never cause any probs to me so far. what's was the junk really? and what actually u ask from it??? limewire provided me a good response and quick services.

because its the same reason that when you download some songs they have empty spots ..............Its free
