you can't. at least not in the usual way people define romance.
romance in the usual definitation is something that involves exploration, curiosity and discovery. most relationships that last and get stronger over time sooner or later look past this kind of romance and focus on the cultivation of deep friendships and mutual respect.
that in itself is very romantic. the understanding and knowing, the familiarity becomes another form of romance that lasts lifetimes.

I say take a weekend to be just you two. Go to a movie or out somewhere nice just to spend some quality time together. Sex is not always the answer. Do things that you remember doing when you two first got together!

SEX...lots and lots of SEX... LOL
But seriously:
Make sure the romance is there by being very open about your feelings and such... always compliment each other... and don't be afraid to be open in public as far as holding hands, kissing, etc.
