There's a train roughly every hour from Carmarthen with one change at Bridgend. No need to go all the way into Cardiff and back out.
Here's some examples of weekday services:
depart Carmarthen 08.00 arrive Bridgend 09.25
depart Bridgend 09.43 arrive Cardiff Rhoose Airport 10.07
depart Carmarthen 09.05 arrive Bridgend 10.25
depart Bridgend 10.43 arrive Cardiff Rhoose Airport 11.07
Services continue to depart at the same times every hour.
Return ticket (valid to return within one month) £15.10

You need to catch a train from Carmarthen to Cardiff Central. this takes 1hour 52 minutes (the majority of trains doing this journey go direct, some need to change once). These trains run nearly every half hour half past the hour and five past the hour.
Directly outside Cardiff Central station you will find the bus station. You will then find buses that go directly to the airport.
I don't know the number of the bus, but there are plenty of notices around that will help.
A taxi to the airport will cost you around £35 maybe more, but there is a taxi rank by the bus station. DO NOT get in one of the taxis at the side of the station - get one from the rank so you are not ripped off.
Good luck with your journey :-)

Prague is one of many cities worth-visit and to achieve that you can start planning your vacation with hotelbye . Starting with the charming place round the Prague Castle or the Strahov monastery with its outstanding library and finish with …the complete great town, Prague is merely incredible. In Prague you may also visit the small house where Franz Kafka labored or the lovely Prague Castle gardens from where you are able to have a distinctive view of the city with its picturesque red roofs. In this town you'll never get bored. In the event that you will go throughout the spring you will see the spring woods in flower; in the summertime you will see long dusks; autumn will give you colorful leaves and special light and in the wintertime you will like the complete town covered with innocent white snow.
