Hey..the applying tips of the eyeliners are impt. There r firm ones and brush like ones too. The firm ones..when applied gives u a defined look..if u want to make your eyes look bigger..apply more than 3 coatings. Whereas, those with brush like tips..when applied do not stay in the right place..u may end up having it smudged on ur upper lids as well, thus look for those kind of eye liners..which have firm tips..juz like pencils. Application needs practice as well, learn it then apply. I started applying when i was 17..it was real bad..i m reaching 20 nw..n m a pro in it nw. Try it. All the best!

Make it thick, but don't fill in your whole lower lid, just do one really thick line that's not big vertical wise, but big horizontal wise. Try to get as close to your eyelashes as possible. (I persojally don't do this but you can) Put a thin layer of eye liner on your bottom inner lid. I don't do it because you can get cysts or something which is a bump on your eye lid that can hurt pretty bad and won't go away until all of the dirt is gone from the area.

is actually pretty simple. first of all you should know that if u don't exercise you'll never get it right. you have to consider these:
1. if you want to have eyeliner(i mean the color) in the lower side of your eyes you should use a soft eyeliner.
2. to put eyeliner in the lower part of your eye, but upper to your lower eyelash, you have to drag your lower side of your eye, gently, and then you can put eyeliner really easy.
3. if you have problems- you can not make the line straight you should gently drag outside part of your eye to the ear.. and it should be easier for you to make a continuous and straight line.
hope you understood what i said... but you should practice
