Check the IP address in the header. Same number ... same computer.

In the email header under options you may get the IP address or path that the email took and on whoisfinder.com you can trace the source IP address and if they are the same then likely that the person is too.

Give him some information that he doesn't have in the other address and refer to it as if he should know it at the one that didn't get it.
