When I look at it I don't really know how it is pronounced. So, as a rule I don't like names that are hard to pronounce because no body on this earth can pronounce my last name right and it is a hassle. They read it how it looks and it sounds awful. So, to save her the problems, spell it how it sounds or pick another name.

sure, if you want her to be teased until she is about 60. Why don't you think of how she will feel at the age of 13 and pick a name more suitable for that age.
