No, but I believe in God, but I'm not religious, because religion is man made, and man kind cannot be trusted.
So if you believe in God, what about all the others of the world who don't, God does not put aside anyone, he loves, and guilds us all, so your question is not offensive to me, but I think you need to thing about it a bit more, because if you are religious then surly you are going against the will of God.

Actually, religion is often the source of hypocrisy. And the one thing God hates is hypocrites.
So no, this greeting isn't offensive. Its just got the wrong assumptions in it.

none what so ever, except, why do I have to be religious so God would bless me? I could be a believer in God but not necessary religious.

I think 'Good Day' and 'God bless you' seems OK enough. In all honesty, I'd be a bit taken aback and very hesitant if someone said the whole sentence.

It suggests that God is discriminatory - he'll only bless religious people. Thought he was supposed to love us all?
